The Felt Petal Shop by Fran's Crafts: Hello from The Felt Petal Shop by Fran's Crafts, home of handmade felt flower bouquets and garlands, here in Mid Wales. I love being able to recreate flowers in felt to add to my bouquets and garlands for numerous occasions including birthday's, Weddings, Anniversaries and more. I live in a small town in Mid Wales with my husband , my two children, although they are both adults now, and our three dogs Charlie, Milo and Lola.
