🌸 Garlands, Glitter & Gumption: Behind the Scenes at The Felt Petal HQ

This week at The Felt Petal HQ has been a whirlwind of felt, petals, and triumphant biscuit breaks as I tackled my biggest custom garland order yet — five blooming beauties totalling 40 ft in length!

That’s right — 40ft of felt florals, cut , glued and full of colour. From soft berry to bright whites and leafy greens, each one was lovingly crafted and packed up ready to bring a little joy to their new home.

Of course, it wouldn’t be The Felt Petal HQ without a bit of drama — including a “wait, how many garlands was that again?” moment, a heroic rummage for lost flowers (that were right behind me the whole time), and several cups of tea offered in mild panic.

Now that they’re all made, packed, and on their way, I’ll be diving into my next custom order: a delicate blue and yellow pansy garland — just in time to start prepping for BloomFest too! 🎃✨
